"Alibhai -- As a Traveller"    or

"Alibhai"-

1.Who was Alibhai?

• Alibhai was a traveller. He was a  friend of Ram Singh. He was a courageous man. He was a very good story teller.

2.What was the appearance of Alibhai?

• He was a tall man with broad shoulders and wheatish complexion. His cheeks and nose were red.

3.What was his fond of?

• He used to cover long distances on foot, in the Himalayan Mountains. He was fond of observing nature.

4.What did Alibhai sell in villages and towns of the Himalayas?

• In villages and towns of the Himalayas, Alibhai sold dried apricots, herbs and medicines and precious stones.

5.What tools or things did Alibhai keep for his own protection (defence)?

• He used to keep a big double edged knife, bamboo staff to protect himself from wild animal.

6.What did he see when he was taking his lunch?

• When he was taking his lunch, he saw the cubs of leopard and the bear was about to attack them, he was much worried about them. He saw the battle of mother leopard with black bear.

7.Why did Alibhai thank God?

• the coming of the bear was a blessing for him because it really saved him. He thanked God for saving the cubs and him,too.
