• There are two main techniques to help yourself during mental stress . They are to stop over thinking and self - hypnosis . When you are overloaded and you have less time , mental pressure and stress start building up in your mind . As a result , mind goes into over thinking .
2. Explain the first technique in detail .
• The first technique is about 'Stop over thinking.' You have to stop over thinking and let your mind relax and calm ' In this technique . ' I have no expectations and I will deal with whatever happens when it happens '.Say to yourself this mantra repeatedly during the day 'I have no expectations and I will deal with whatever happens when it happens'.
3. What are the benefits of the first technique ?
• This mantra will help you to calm down your excitement and decrease stress level. The benefit of first technique is that you can gain maximum energy at the start of your day by just thinking about " No expectation " and "Stop over thinking ".

*Set back in a chair and close your eyes.
*Count backwards from 99 to 70 and breathe deeply.

*Count down from 29 to 0 and visualize that you are in a luxurious lift with views of landscape outside .
*As you arrive at 0 , you need to start imagining that you enter in a room that is furnished just as you like .
